Where are your products shipped from?

Most of our products are shipped from Finland or Latvia. Our handmade sea jewelry is shipped from Finland; during summer season 2026 from Åland Islands. All our suppliers are located in the EU.

When will I get my order?

You can expect to get your products within 1,5 weeks from ordering. Usually the products are sent within 1 - 3 days. Your order is also worked on on weekends, which enables a faster delivery. After your order is sent, it takes about a week to get to you.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you get a tracking link to your email once your products have been shipped. 

Can I pick up my order? 

During summer season 2026, it is possible to pick up jewelry orders from Åland, Kökar Skärgårdsbutiken during the store's opening hours. Other products are shipped as usual. Read more about jewelry pickup possibility in our shipping info (in the footer).

Why isn't my discount code working? 

The code might be expired, or you've used it before. You can only use one code per order, several codes can't be combined in the system.

How often will you email me?

We won't spam your inbox, you can expect an occasional newsletter once a month or so.

How can I cancel my order or return stuff?

Regarding cancellations or returns, contact us via the contact form and we’ll take it from there. Remember to mention your order number. Don't answer the order confirmation email, it won't come through.
