Please check your products as soon as you receive them. If there is something wrong, contact us as soon as possible.

 

Damaged/defective items

Any claims for damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. Send us a written description and clear photos of the issue at info@rogueseashop.com and we will let you know how to proceed. Damaged/defective items will primarily be refunded with a reshipment.

To be eligible for a reshipment, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. You'll also need proof of purchase. If the issue has originated after the item has been in wear or use, a refund will not be possible. Once we have inspected the issue, we will verify if a reshipment is approved. Make sure to check laundry tags and other washing instructions and wash/clean your products accordingly. It is safest to wash any print products in max 30 degrees. Textile products should be washed separately before use. Be careful when ironing printed textiles. Rogue Sea Shop is not liable for issues that originate from incorrect use or treatment of products.

 

Cancellations and returns

You have the right to cancel your order and return your products within 14 days from receiving them. Due to the fact that most of our products are made on demand, we hope you understand we wish to limit the amount of cancellations and returns. We maintain the right to limit the quantity of same product sizes in your order. Always contact us if you want to make a cancellation or return some products from your order. You can do this via our contact form or email at info@rogueseashop.com. If you want to make a size change, contact us and ask for a return. You will be liable for return shipping costs. The items must be in the same condition as when you received them, unworn or unused and with tags, in their original packaging. You'll also need proof of purchase. If a return is approved, we will send you instructions on where to send your package. Do not automatically use the return address on the package. If you send products back without requesting a return, or you leave your package unclaimed, this will not be regarded as a cancellation. You will be charged the order shipping fee and return shipping costs, if applicable.

If you cancel and return the whole order, we will refund the whole amount you have paid for your order, including the original shipping fee. If you return part of the order, we will refund you the price of the products returned. In both cases, you are liable for possible return shipping costs.

If a refund is approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please keep in mind it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us.

We do not offer refunds for gift cards, and we do not exchange gift cards for money. If you return part of an order that has a product combination discount, you will lose the discount benefit and be charged the normal selling price for the product you keep. Example: If there is a buy a hoodie and get -50 % off a t-shirt campaign, and you return the hoodie, you will be charged the normal selling price for the t-shirt. Free shipping discount codes can be used only one time. If you return items for a size change, you will pay for the second shipping.

If you want to make a complaint, feel free to contact us. If we can not negotiate a solution that satisfies all parties, the issue can be taken further to EU Dispute Resolve.
