Leveringspolitik
We sell within the EU area, and our products are shipped from EU. All product prices include VAT. Orders to the Åland Islands are processed as standard shipments. Product prices include value-added tax (VAT). Any additional charges resulting from Åland-specific administrative or customs handling procedures (such as processing fees) are not controlled by the online store.
Shipping cost is 5,90 €. By subscribing to our newsletter you get free shipping for one order. Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirmation. Most of our products are made on demand and usually sent within 2 - 5 days of receiving an order. During summer season 2026, jewelry orders are sent within 1 - 2 days from Åland Islands, Finland. There may be slight shipping delays and occasional additional customs or carrier information requests during delivery. Possible handling fees are outside our web shop's control, but we'll do our best to ensure you a smooth delivery. Other products are shipped normally. After your order has been sent out, it takes from a few days to 1,5 weeks for the items to arrive to you. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your order.
Pickup possibility
During summer season 2026, jewelry orders are possible to pick up from Åland, Kökar Skärgårdsbutiken, during the store's opening hours (or if you are in a hurry, contact us and we'll think of another time). If you want to pick up your jewelry order, use the code KARLBY at checkout. Then there will be no shipping fee and the order will be taken to the store for pickup. You will get an email once the order is ready for pickup. Ask for it at the counter. The pickup address is Karlby 2, 22730 Kökar, Åland Islands, Finland. Note that pickup is only available for jewelry, other products will be shipped normally.
Package lost in transit: All claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.
Wrong address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the sender. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the sender. You will be liable for return shipping and reshipment costs, if and as applicable. Leaving the shipment unclaimed is not regarded as order cancellation or return, and the shipping cost will not be refunded.
